Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead an in-house optical team and create exceptional customer experiences. As a keyholder, you will open/close the store and oversee operations while fostering a positive, high-energy environment for opticians and retail advisors.

The ideal candidate is an energetic, lifelong learner with 2+ years of dispensing optician experience, licensed or ABO-certified, and a strong ability to simplify complex prescription terms for customers.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states or licensed in licensing states.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs and take/record measurements with accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead and mentor Optical team and Manage store operations and inventory.
