Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-store optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work hands-on with eyewear fittings, measurements, and product explanations while fostering an upbeat work environment.

The role includes opening/closing duties as a keyholder, mentoring staff, and maintaining store operations. Qualified candidates are licensed dispensing opticians with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of experience and supervisor responsibilities.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with eyewear measurements, fittings, and optical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical team and manage store operations on a daily basis.
• Provide expert eyewear advice, fit measurements, and ensure accuracy.
