Job summary

Warby Parker seeks an Optical Supervisor to join our team of in-house optical professionals. You will lead with energy, expertise, and a friendly demeanor to create superb customer experiences.

As a keyholder, you will help open/close and maintain store operations while fostering a positive, productive environment for opticians and retail advisors. You are a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified where required), with 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a strong passion for eyewear

Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in licensing states, or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective communicator with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs with accuracy.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear precisely.
• Verify finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead and mentor Optical team and participate in apprentice program.
