Warby Parker is opening a new store and seeks an Optical Supervisor to lead an in-house optical team of professionals. As a keyholder, you will open/close the store, mentor opticians and retail advisors, and foster a productive environment while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and accurate eyewear services.

You will manage measurements, fittings, and quality checks, explain prescriptions to customers, and contribute to a fun, energetic store culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with at least 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• ABO-certified optician preferred where licensing is not required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs and provide expert fittings.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear with accuracy, and maintain standards.
• Check finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings clearly.
