Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with active credentials in applicable states
• ABO-certified optician where required in non-licensing states
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential
• Ability to lead and mentor optical team while maintaining standards

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to assess eyewear needs and provide expert guidance
• Record measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure accuracy to meet standards
• Verify finished eyewear meets optical specs and customer requests
• Lead the optical team and mentor Apprentices; manage store operations and inventory
