Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our team of opticians and retail advisors. You will open and close the store as a keyholder, oversee daily operations, and ensure top-tier customer experiences with accurate measurements and fittings.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail; able to explain prescription terminology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Optical team, including Apprentice Program participants.
• Open/close store as keyholder and maintain store operations.
• Provide above-and-beyond service on the floor and handle customer inquiries.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Foster a productive, positive employee culture in the store.
