Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical duties including measuring, fitting, and ensuring eyewear meets standards.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Set store up for success by executing operations and service procedures.
• Mentor Optical team and participate in Apprentice Program.
• Maintain store systems, inventory, and overall operations.
