Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-store optical team. You’ll rely on your optical knowledge, customer service skills, and product expertise to create compelling experiences for our customers.

As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the store, mentor the Optician Apprentice Program participants, and ensure accurate measurements, fittings, and adherence to optical standards while upholding Warby Parker's service standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail.
• Strong communication skills to explain terms to customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with eyewear needs and measurements.
• Record measurements and ensure accurate fittings.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer specs.
• Lead the optical team and mentor staff, including Optician Apprentice Program participants.
• Manage store operations and inventory databases.
