Job summary

Warby Parker is opening a new store and seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead a team of opticians and retail advisors. You will rely on optical expertise, product knowledge, and friendly customer service to deliver exceptional eyewear experiences.

As a keyholder, you’ll support opening/closing and maintain store operations while fostering a positive team culture. You will mentor staff, ensure accuracy in measurements and fittings, and explain prescription terminology to customers.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of supervisory duties.
• Strong eyewear knowledge and customer service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements.
• Open/close responsibilities as a keyholder and manage store operations.
• Lead and mentor Optical team, including apprentice program participants.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer specifications.
