Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of experience including supervisor responsibilities.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective communicator who can explain prescription terms to customers.
• Dedicated to going above-and-beyond to assist customers and teammates.
• Energetic, positive team player able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers to meet eyewear needs and record measurements with accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Open/close operations as a keyholder and lead store readiness.
• Coach and mentor Optical team, including Apprentice Program participants.
• Maintain store systems, inventory databases, and daily operations.
• Foster a productive, positive culture in the store.
