Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor at the Rosedale Center to lead the in‑house optical team, applying eyewear expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a keyholder, you’ll help open/close the store and nurture a positive, productive work environment for opticians and retail advisors.

You are a licensed dispensing optician or ABO‑certified in non‑licensing states, with 2+ years of supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for eyewear.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring a license, or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states, with 2+ years of experience including supervisor responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Optical team, including participants of the Apprentice Program.
• Open/close store as a keyholder and maintain operations.
• Set store up for daily success by executing Warby Parker procedures.
• Drive service and sales with on‑floor leadership and exceptional customer care.
• Maintain store systems, inventory, and internal processes.
