Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our team of in-house optical professionals. You will rely on your optical expertise, strong customer service, and product knowledge to create exceptional experiences for customers.

As a keyholder, you will help open/close the store and mentor the Optical team, including the Apprentice Program. A licensed dispensing optician with supervisory experience is required, with ABO certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of supervisor experience.
• ABO-certified optician in states without licensing requirements is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical duties including measuring, fitting, and ensuring eyewear meets standards.
• Mentor and supervise Optical team and apprentices.
• Open/close store as keyholder and maintain store operations.
