Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our growing team of in-house optical professionals. In this role, you'll rely on your optical prowess, friendly demeanor, and product expertise to create outstanding customer experiences.

As a keyholder, you’ll help open and close the store and support smooth operations while fostering an upbeat, productive environment for the Optical team. You are a licensed dispensing optician (ABO certified where required) with 2+ years of supervisory

Qualifications

• Must hold a dispensing optician license and ABO certification where required.
• 2+ years in supervisory roles within optical retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Open/close store as keyholder and manage daily operations.
• Lead and mentor the Optical team, including apprentices.
• Maintain store systems and inventory.
• Foster a positive, productive team culture.
