Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor at Shops at Briargate to lead the in-store optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure our products meet our high standards while handling keyholder duties to open and close the store.

You’ll mentor staff, including apprentices, foster a positive, fast-paced environment, and uphold Warby Parker’s commitment to quality and service in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in applicable states, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical terms clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical team and ensure service standards.
• Assist customers with eyewear selection and measurements.
• Open/close duties and store operations as keyholder.
• Coach and mentor apprentice program participants.
