Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor at Briarwood Mall to lead an in‑house optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will assist customers, take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure finished frames meet optical standards.

As a keyholder, you will open/close and oversee daily operations while guiding the Optical team. The ideal candidate is an energetic, detail‑oriented licensed optician (or ABO-certified) with 2+ years of supervisory experience, passionate about

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in applicable states, or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years of experience including supervisor responsibilities.
• Strong passion for eyewear and retail with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements with high accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead store operations, including opening/closing and staff coordination.
• Mentor Optical team and participate in Apprentice Program.
• Maintain inventory databases and store systems.
