Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain product offerings and prescription terms to customers.
• Lead and mentor Optical team and manage store operations.
