Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician (ABO certified where required)
• 2+ years of experience including supervisor responsibilities
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs and explain prescription terminology
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure accurate adjustments
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests
• Lead and mentor Optical team and act as keyholder for store opening/closing
• Maintain store systems and inventory databases and support operations
