Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our team of in-house optical professionals. You will lead the optician and retail advisor staff, open/close the store as a keyholder, and ensure every customer leaves confident about their eyewear.

The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified) with 2+ years of experience and a passion for eyewear. You will mentor teammates, maintain inventory, and uphold Warby Parker standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of experience, supervisor exposure preferred.
• ABO certification acceptable where required by state licensing.
• Strong customer service and eyewear product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Optical team and mentor staff, including Apprentice Program participants.
• Open/close the store as a keyholder and manage operations and zoning.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and explains terminology to customers.
