Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor for Geneva Commons to lead the Optical team, manage daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will open/close the store as a keyholder, mentor staff, and ensure eyewear meets high quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a licensed dispensing optician credential or ABO certification with 2+ years’ supervisory experience, and a passion for eyewear and retail service. Join a team focused on growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with state license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years of experience including supervisor responsibilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Optical duties: assist customers, take measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy, ensure products meet standards.
• Leadership: set store up for success, mentor Optical team, manage store operations and inventory.
• Mentor apprentices and foster a productive team culture.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and solve issues on the floor.
