Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor at Orchard Town Center to lead an in-house optical team and deliver exceptional eyewear experiences. You will use your optical expertise to measure, fit, and explain prescription terminology while guiding the team to high standards.

You will open/close the store as a keyholder, mentor staff, and manage daily operations to foster a productive workplace and strong customer relationships. Previous supervisory optician experience is required.

Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industry.
• Clear, effective communicator who can explain technical terms to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Optical team, including Optician Apprentice Program participants.
• Open and close store as a keyholder and maintain store operations.
• Provide above-and-beyond service on the floor to drive sales.
• Set store up for daily success by following Warby Parker procedures.
• Maintain inventory databases and store systems.
