Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor at Colonial Square to lead our team of opticians and retail advisors. You’ll open and close the store, mentor staff, and ensure flawless eyewear fitting and customer service, while upholding Warby Parker standards.

You are a licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of supervisory experience, customer-centric, and an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with current license where required.
• ABO certification preferred or required depending on state.
• 2+ years of experience including supervisor responsibilities.
• Passionate about eyewear and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical duties including measuring, fitting, and ensuring eyewear meets standards.
• Open/close store and manage internal operations as a keyholder.
• Mentor the Optical team and participate in Apprentice Program.
• Maintain store systems and inventory; drive store sales through exceptional service.
• Foster a positive, productive team culture in the store.
