Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Proactively provide solutions, accurate execution and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations; support sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab, custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses; ensure eyewear meets standards.
