Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and manage optical and lab processes for store success. You will assist customers, provide product recommendations, and support the sales team while maintaining high standards in eyewear quality and service.

In this role you may lead a team, help with store operations, and oversee basic lab duties like edging and mounting as needed, ensuring safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical theory knowledge and merchandise familiarity.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to customers and patients.
• Assist in product selections, provide recommendations and support sales team.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• If lab duties apply, ensure precise edging and mounting of lenses and maintain lab tools.
