Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Team Lead in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to drive outstanding customer service and optical operations. The role encompasses both retail leadership and lens lab responsibilities, ensuring high-quality eyewear and a seamless customer experience.

You will assist customers with selections, provide expertise on lens options, and supervise team performance while maintaining store standards and security. A valid Opticianry license is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Current and valid state Opticianry license.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
• Leadership and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• Provide lens knowledge and adjust/repair eyewear as needed.
• Perform digital measurements and ensure eyewear meets standards.
