Luxottica-owned LensCrafters in Riverside, CA is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and manage key optical and lab processes. You will guide sales staff, assist customers with selections, and support lab operations when applicable.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Strong optical and retail experience is essential.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators is expected.
• Leadership and training experience is preferred.
• Edging and mounting experience and basic optics knowledge are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with selections.
• Assist in store operations and support lab processes as needed.
• Act as alternate store key holder and ensure security and integrity of the store.
• Descriptor of lab duties includes basic operation and maintenance of lab tools and systems.
