joinaegvision is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Practice Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff. The role involves supervising practice employees, assisting Opticians on the sales floor, resolving customer issues, and helping ensure patient satisfaction.

The candidate will participate in interviewing new staff, conducting performance feedback, and leading staff meetings. ABO certification is preferred but not required, with responsibilities expanding alongside store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ABO certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Resolves customer service issues and processes refunds for patients.
• Monitors appointment flow and ensures on-time performance.
• Assists in interviewing and onboarding new staff and participates in disciplinary actions.
• Leads staff meetings and provides ongoing feedback to employees.
• Ensures store is clean, organized, and well-stocked; assists with inventory.
