Qualifications

• Extensive optical experience required.
• Experience with customer service and/or sales.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolves customer service issues, processes refunds, and signs off on spectacle remakes.
• Monitors patient flow, ensuring on-time performance.
• Co-ordinates with Technicians on schedule and checks lobby.
• Ensures compliance with policies, and participates in staff meetings.
• Provides training and feedback to employees.
• Assists in interviewing and selecting new staff.
• Leads opening/closing duties and store inventory when needed.
