Job summary

Warby Parker in Park Meadows, CO is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team. You will perform dispensing duties, take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure products meet high standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll supervise and mentor the Optical team, including the Apprentices, drive store performance, and maintain store operations. A licensed or ABO-certified optician with 2+ years of supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states, with 2+ years of experience including supervisor responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities for Optical team and Apprentice Program.
• Excellent communication to explain terminology and build customer trust.

Responsibilities

• Optical duties: take measurements, fit eyewear, ensure finished eyewear meets standards and customer requests.
• Leadership responsibilities: set store up for success, mentor staff, manage systems and inventory, uphold Warby Parker standards.
