Warby Parker in Arvada is seeking an Optical Manager to lead the in-house Optical team and coach Opticians to deliver exceptional customer service. You will measure, fit, and explain eyewear prescriptions, ensuring products meet strict standards and customer needs.

The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states) with 2+ years in management, a strong leader, and a passion for eyewear and retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in licenced states or ABO-certified if required.
• Minimum 2+ years in a management role leading Opticians.
• Strong customer service, coaching, and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store Opticians on the floor with coaching and feedback.
• Ensure accurate measurements, fittings, and alignment to optical standards.
• Explain prescription terms and product options clearly to customers.
• Support store operations, inventory, and HR policies.
