Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team. You will rely on your optical expertise, customer-friendly approach, and product knowledge to create exceptional experiences for guests.

As a keyholder, you will open/close the store, mentor the Optical team (including Apprentice Program), and ensure accurate measurements, fittings, and compliance with optical standards while delivering upbeat service.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified optician with 2+ years of supervisor experience.
• Strong customer service and eyewear knowledge.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain prescription terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs and take/record measurements.
• Adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Lead and mentor Optical team including Apprentice Program participants.
• Maintain store systems, inventory, and operations.
