Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store.

You will mentor opticians and retail staff, manage daily operations, and ensure accuracy in measurements, fittings, and eyewear standards. A licensed dispensing optician with leadership experience is required to join our energetic, growth-minded store.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of experience, including supervisory duties.
• Able to explain prescription terminology and product offerings clearly.
• Detail-oriented, patient-focused, and capable of leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements.
• Record measurements, adjust eyewear, and ensure accuracy.
• Lead and mentor Optical team and supervise store operations.
• Maintain store systems, inventory, and customer service standards.
