Job summary

Warby Parker in Westminster, CO is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team. You will coach Opticians, consult customers on eyewear options, and ensure high standards in fit and finish.

You’ll also collaborate with the Store Leader to anticipate staffing and support the Apprentice Program. The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years in a management role, a strong leader, and a passion for eyewear retail.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states) with management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the floor, delivering exceptional service and meeting optical standards.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure finished eyewear meets customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
