Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in eyewear retail and customer service.
• Ability to explain prescription terminology clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical team and mentor staff, including apprentices.
• Open/close store operations as keyholder and maintain systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure eyewear meets standards.
