Qualifications

• Extensive optical and dispensing experience required.
• Experience with customer service and/or sales.
• Management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; State Licensure.

Responsibilities

• Resolves customer service issues and refunds as needed.
• Monitors patient flow and ensures on-time performance.
• Participates in interviewing and selection of new staff.
• Provides training and feedback to employees.
• Demonstrates cost awareness and store efficiency.
• Organizes staff meetings with the Practice Manager.
• Oversees opening/closing duties and inventory.
• Supports opticians on sales floor.
