Stanton Optical, a leading optical retailer, seeks a Sales Manager to drive store sales, coach associates, and support Brand Manager duties. You will train staff, partner with Clinical services, and deliver strong results in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee talent development, analyze performance data, and ensure timely production in the lab to meet customer promises. Equity in leadership and career growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, including recruiting, training, and development of store associates.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and with the Support Center/HR.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to ensure staff meet goals and standards.
• Ensure lab production supports Now Service and Ready When Promised timelines.
