Job summary

Stanton Optical Brand is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales efforts, coach associates, and collaborate with the Brand Manager to execute action plans. The role includes training, partnering with Clinical and Lab teams, and frequent exposure to Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals with exceptional customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, often acting as Manager on duty.
• Assist with talent acquisition and development; train new team members and ongoing coaching.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services and Lab staff.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and communicate with HR/Support Center.
• Ensure proper lab production to meet service standards (Now Service / Ready When Promised).
• Perform simple customer repairs and edge lenses for timely delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients to ensure 100% on-time service.
• Other duties as assigned.
