Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales performance, coach associates, and partner with the Clinical team while collaborating with Senior Leadership. You will train and empower the team to take ownership of results and support store operations.

In this role, you will work closely with the Brand Manager, oversee talent acquisition, analyze reports, and ensure service standards. You will also support lab production to achieve Now Service and Ready When Promised goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on Duty to accomplish objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition and development; recruit, train, and develop store associates.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and coordinate with Support Center and HR.
• Ensure timely lab production to meet service standards and quality.
• Oversee customer repairs, lens edging, and delivery accuracy to meet promised timelines.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report issues to management.
