Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales efforts and coach a dynamic team in an on-site retail environment. You will partner with the Brand Manager to implement action plans, mentor associates, and collaborate with Clinical services and Lab staff to optimize performance and patient experience.

You will drive results, manage daily operations, and participate in leadership activities with senior teams, contributing to one of the nation’s fastest-growing optical retailers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies and directing a team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve targets and maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate with Clinical services and HR to strengthen partnerships.
• Ensure timely lab production and on-time order delivery.
