Now Optics, doing business as Stanton Optical, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales and coach a team to exceed targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will assist the Brand Manager, train associates, collaborate with Clinical services, and work with Senior Leadership to drive performance. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced retail optical environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least one year in a fast paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty to accomplish objectives.
• Support store talent acquisition and talent development; including direct recruiting and training.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR; ensure lab production targets are met.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
