Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service on-site. You will partner with the Brand Manager to supervise staff, implement action plans, and develop associates for career growth.

You'll train and coach a diverse team, collaborate with Clinical services and Lab Staff, and report to senior leadership. The role offers growth opportunities and exposure to company leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and leading sales strategies and teams.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering excellent customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties as Manager on duty; recruit and develop store talent.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Coordinate with Clinical, HR, and Support Center; ensure lab production meets promises.
• Execute repairs and lens edging to expedite delivery.
• Ensure brand standards in lab; monitor equipment and orders.
• Maintain 100% on-time delivery to patients (Now Service/Ready When Promised).
• Other duties as assigned.
