Job summary

Stanton Optical, a leading retail optical center, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales and drive performance. You will train and coach associates, foster a results-driven team atmosphere, and partner with Clinical and Lab teams to ensure Now Service excellence.

You will supervise operations, contribute to hiring, and report to the Brand (Store) Manager. A strong emphasis on customer service, integrity, and ownership is required to deliver outstanding eyewear experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on Duty to achieve objectives.
• Recruitment support, training new team members, and ongoing development plans.
• Partner with Clinical services and Lab staff to align operations and service delivery.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve targets and maintain brand standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and accuracy in the lab/edge processes.
