Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales, coach a team, and collaborate with the Brand Manager to drive results while delivering exceptional customer service. You will train associates, work with Clinical staff, and engage with Senior Leadership to empower the team and foster a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience planning and implementing sales strategies

Responsibilities

Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service
Resolve customer questions and remedy unsatisfied situations
Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed
Recruit, train, and develop store team members and collaborate with Clinical services
Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand standards in labs and repairs
