Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales efforts, coach associates, and collaborate with the Brand Manager to execute action plans for performance. You will be empowered to support store operations, train staff, and foster partnerships with Clinical and Lab teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, act as Manager on duty when needed, and develop store talent.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and maintain strong partnerships with HR and Support Center.
• Communicate effectively with Clinical services, Lab staff, and other stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
• Ensure lab production supports Now Service and Ready When Promised delivery targets.
• Execute simple repairs and frame/lens work to expedite customer orders.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report issues promptly.
• Track delivery times to customers to ensure 100% on-time service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
