Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales with a focus on customer service and operational excellence. You will support the Brand Manager, supervise associates, and coach a results-driven team to achieve store goals.

You will drive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development while collaborating with Clinical services and the Support Center. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast paced retail environment (at least 1 year).
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Recruiting, training, and development plans for store associates; partner with Recruiting Department.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and Human Resources.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to monitor staff performance against goals.
• Ensure lab production aligns with service promises and quality standards.
• Coordinate timely delivery and accuracy of customer orders, including repairs and lens edging.
• Adhere to brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
