Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team at our on-site store. You will assist the Brand Manager in supervising and executing action plans to drive sales, while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive, results-driven atmosphere.

You will train and coach associates, collaborate with Clinical services and Lab staff, analyze performance data, and ensure timely delivery and quality across customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Assist with talent acquisition and development; train new team members.
• Partner with Clinical services and Lab staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to meet goals.
• Coordinate with Support Center and HR to align on initiatives.
• Oversee lab production to maintain Now Service and Ready When Promised targets.
• Execute basic customer repairs and ensure accurate, timely delivery of eyewear.
• Ensure lab standards are met and report equipment or order issues.
• Maintain delivery-time commitments to patients.
