Carl Zeiss Vision, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative for the U.S. market. You will grow the assigned territory by engaging eye care professionals, promoting Carl Zeiss Vision lenses, coatings, and practice-based solutions using consultative selling.

You will develop plans, conduct quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with internal teams to expand ZEISS product utilization. A strong background in B2B optical sales and CRM use is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a successful B2B sales environment, preferably Rx/optical/medical device or Fortune 500 companies
• In lieu of outside sales, 5+ years of optical sales is acceptable
• Strong sales focus with ability to drive opportunities and provide accurate forecasts using the CRM

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales growth targets for Direct Rx and other strategic targets
• Identify key customer targets using Salesforce and develop value-based sales strategies
• Lead sales conversations with ECPs and close deals through consultative selling
• Prepare pre-call plans, objectives, and anticipate objections, acting as a trusted advisor
