LensCrafters in Silverdale, WA seeks a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store success. You will oversee key optical and lab processes, support sales, and ensure customers and patients are delighted.

In this role you will train staff, coordinate workflow in the lab when applicable, ensure quality eyewear meets standards, and maintain a safe work environment while achieving performance goals.

Competenze

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Leadership and training experience.

Mansioni

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Assist customers with selections and recommendations; support sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab, custom fit glasses and verify prescription placement.
• Maintain lab tools, ensure eyewear meets optical standards and safety.
