Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.

• Sales abilities and problem-solving.
• Leadership and training experience in store settings.
• Experience with edging and mounting lenses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support.
• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations.
• Lead and train store staff to maintain product knowledge.
• Manage store key holder duties as needed.
• Oversee lab processes if applicable and ensure quality eyewear.
