Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Store Manager to own the marketplace performance at our Bartlett, TN location. You will lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences within the LensCrafters and Macy’s partnership framework.

You will recruit and coach a high-performing team, manage budgets, collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry on business plans, and ensure policy adherence while leveraging local health events and insurance opportunities to grow the brand.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience.
• State licensure.
• A proven track record of delivering results and positive growth.
• Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Strong command of the English language for all correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPIs and maximize sales and profit through effective leadership.
