LensCrafters at Macy’s is seeking a Store Manager who will lead the LensCrafters store as the premier destination for vision needs in the community, driving topline and profitability growth while delivering superior customer experiences.

The role requires 4+ years of management experience, strong financial acumen, and deep knowledge of retail operations. You’ll manage profits and expenses, train and develop staff, and ensure compliance with policies in a dynamic, customer‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years management/supervisory experience.
• A proven track record of delivering results and positive growth.
• Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Strong command of the English language for all correspondence.

Responsibilities
